He leads the fight to protect the Allspark from the dastardly decisons of Megatron and the corruptive actions that always seem to follow.

Optimus Prime is amazingly powerful and his hyper-coil muscles give him that massive power. However, he ensures that does not often utilise all his strength as he does not want to cause collateral damage.

During times of peace, Optimus Prime was a brave and dignified head of his state. He ruled his state with compassion and forbearance. During wartime, these qualities will still be evident in spite of the disastrous price of endless battles and massive casualties.

Prime’s spark is the energy source which is most powerful after the Allspark, and if the spark housing  gets damaged, then there’s a danger of radiation escaping.

“Where there is life, there is always hope,” so said Optimus Prime as he made his final and desperate preparations to blast off the Allspark into outer space. Prime was well aware that without Allspark, that Cybertron itself might not survive. Even though, someplace out in that enormous universe, the Allspark would bring a gift of survival to others.

Although  Optimus Prime would usually want to think or rationise his way out of an awkward situation, it does not mean that he in unable to retaliate if the occasion arises.

Prime is armed with a laser-sighted barrage cannon. It can fire warheads tipped with plutonium   for a range of over 60 miles. When it became evident that Megatron was making preparations to pursue the Allspark to the outer limits of the universe, Optimus Prime had to decide to look for the very thing that he had tried to get rid of  in the empty vastness of outer space.

Prime and his most valuable warriors left for distant planets and remote stars, using the Allspark’s last known travelling as their map and exploring unknown planets. The path finally led to planet Earth where they received an urgent bidding from Bumblebee.

OPTIMUS PRIME

The planet Cybertron was devasted by battles which were fought between the legions who all worshipped chaos, and those of us who now follow the path of freedom. We fought to gain control of the Allspark, the supreme power. We don’t yet know the beginnings of it but it has the energy of life force that is the foundation of our nation. We warred until our universe was enveloped by death. We battled until the earth enveloped our great cities and the Allspark disappeared to join the unlimited stars.

However, its course was changed by fate or fortune, and it was attracted to planet Earth. And so, every a thousand solar years, the Allspark gives us assurance of returning life to our homes. We have searched for all of it across the wide universe of time, hoping to find it before the dark legions do. But, unluckily, we were already far too late!

The origins of the Allspark are lost in the passing of time and its cosmic secrets are securely hiiden away. Being the ultimate source of all power in the whole universe means that it has the power to create or destroy. The Allspark regulated the running currents below the surface of Cybertron, and Cybertron prospered and thrived.

Since there was  no conflict or injustice there was no need for war. This state lasted until Megatron, Lord High Protector of Cybertron,  tried to claim the Allspark for his own agenda. Megatron plunged Cybertron into a civil war and Optimus Prime was the only thing that stood between Megatron and the final ultimate power.

COSMIC CODE

Although no one from Cybertron ever had the bravery to explore the mysteries behind the Allspark, the strange alien symbols that are enscribed on the external surface have always been the subject of puzzlement. The smartest minds on the planet Cybertron have mulled over their meanings, trying to understand more about these amazing sources of life-giving energies. Up till now, no one has been able to crack this cosmic code.
