What is a good Iron Man costume material?

I’m looking to make a self made Ironman costume. I’m looking for a material that is hard but not brittle, and not foamy. I was thinking of PVC but its pretty breakable. I am open to using foam, but I would need a plastic outer coating. Any suggestions?

You can always google adult baby clothes; However, veryspecialclothes.com is one website, or www.adultbabyboutique.com is another. I buy my clothing off of ebay, from ab clothing stores on there. I would recommend checking into those first. Try Big Tots and Sybils Store. Hope this helped some!
